What if I stream more than 300 hours per year?
For higher-volume usage, we recommend a TVU Enterprise plan. If you start with TVU One Pay-per-Use and your usage grows, you can upgrade to Enterprise at any time.

What’s the warranty?
Units include a 1-year hardware warranty from the date of purchase.
Do I need to arrange data or a SIM separately?
No. Data is included in the $59/hour transmission rate. No SIM sourcing, no separate carrier contract, and no unexpected roaming bills.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No subscription. The optional $15/month standby fee keeps your SIM active and your device registered on the network. Cancel anytime with no penalty. If you want to come back later, simply reactivate with no restart or activation fees.
What if I don’t use it for a few months?
Keep your TVU One on standby for just $15/month, with your SIM active and ready to go. When the next job comes in, you can be live within minutes. Or cancel standby and reactivate when you need it again.
What support is included?
Your first year includes full TVU technical support at no additional cost via phone, email, and ticket-based support. From year two, continue full human support for $1,000/year, or use TVU AI self-service support for free.
